ICML-AD is an online application platform, which mainly includes the following two modules: one for annotation of brain cell types, and another for Alzheimer's disease risk assessment.
ICML-AD can annotate six brain cell subpopulations, including Astrocytes, Endothelial cells, Microglia, Neurons, Oligodendrocytes, and Oligodendrocyte precursor cells.
